Little Neely Smith vanished during a rainy February day, while out looking for a friend to play with. Wandering around the neighborhood without even a jacket, she must have been an easy target for serial killer Fred Coffey. Coffey snatched little Neely off the streets. Two months later, they found her body- or, rather, her head and ribcage. Investigators only ever found twenty-five percent of Neely Smith's remains. If you were to ask most people in Neely's town now, they wouldn't even remember her name.
